• Risks is in charge of the creation, preparation and offering of seminars, workshops, trainings, conferences or training talks to professionals of different specializations and competences through different educational methodologies. These include specialized courses in financial fraud, white collar crime, criminal investigations and other economic crimes.

• Offering educational continue seminars, workshops, trainings, conferences or training talks to professionals of different areas of specializations including those continuing education credits certified by the different governmental and private accrediting agencies.

Legal Unit

• MRC offers legal advice and notary services to its clients. Represents clients who hire their services in both negotiations and legal proceedings. He has a specialized practice in the claims area of insurance companies.
• He also has a specialty in the area of claims management and offers expert services for the evaluation of conducts and investigative processes in the field.

Special Investigations Unit

MRC takes an integrated approach in identifying fraud trends, uncovering suspect claims, and conducting thorough investigations in an effort to prevent this problem. MRC is continuously working to prevent, identify and neutralize suspect claims. Also carries out evaluations, audits and monitoring of special units in order to provide recommendations to achieve a progressive development of the same.  

Academics

MRC has a strong commitment to education. Our president is a professor at the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, Metropolitan Campus. It offers specialized graduate-level courses in financial crime related material, which includes courses in fraud examination, white collar crime, criminology, among others.
